Place in cupcake tins lined with cupcake wrappers and press. Keep in the fridge until ready to use 2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, cornstarch, food coloring and vanilla 3. Fill prepared tins with the batter and chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. 4. Optionally, top with whipped cream and the strawberries and enjoy!!
